Groups & Private Charters
Group Rides
RanchRide is available for exclusive group use at low-to-no-cost, in cooperation with OCTA, so long as minimum ride requirements are achieved.
Group Rides require a credit card authorization form for a Ride Retainer* amount, based on the shuttle size used, only to be charged if minimum ride requirements are not met.
Non-Rancho Mission Viejo residents may book a Group Ride, with a $150 service charge.
Shuttle requests should be made at least 30 days in advance. Any requests made within 30 days of the trip date are subject to vehicle availability. We encourage you to plan ahead!

For smaller trips or those that may not be eligible for a Group Ride, a private charter can also be booked on your behalf. Not sure? Contact us and we’ll be happy to help you!
Group Ride Requirements:
Private Charters
Private charters are available for groups that do not need or want to meet the minimum boarding requirements. These rides will be confirmed with your credit card and are at full cost to the riders.
Prices* are based on a 5-hour minimum.
13-passenger Van | $870, additional time is $185 per hour
22-passenger Mini | $960, additional time is $200 per hour
36-passenger Mini Bus | $633, additional time is $64 per hour
56-passenger Coach | $1,125, addition time $210 per hour
