Groups & Private Charters

Groups

RanchRide is available free of charge to RanchLife clubs, neighborhoods and residents for group trips that meet requirements.  A private charter can also be booked on your behalf, for smaller trips or those that may not be eligible for a Group Trip.  Not sure?  Contact us and we’ll be happy to help you!

Group Trip Requirements:

• You must have a minimum of 50 people (maximum of 56) to utilize a 56-seat shuttle; OR
• Utilization of a 22-seat shuttle may be optional for smaller groups if three or more stops are made, with a minimum of 20 people.
• Outings must take place in south Orange County (Laguna Beach, Irvine, Anaheim, Dana Point, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Mission Viejo, Orange)
• There is a 5-hour limit (from start-to-finish), beginning and ending at a RanchRide shuttle stop in the community.
• Trips that request more than 5 hours will be required to take additional rest stops in addition to the destination.
• Shuttle requests should be made at least 30-days in advance.
• Any requests made within 30 days of the trip date are subject to vehicle availability.

Private Charters

• Private charters are confirmed with your credit card and have no minimum boarding requirements.
• Prices are based on a 5-hour minimum.

13-passenger Van	$685, additional time is $125 per hour
22-passenger Mini	$790, additional time is $135 per hour
56-passenger Coach	$935, addition time $155 per hour

Additional time is $115 to $135 per hour.
